     Nature and Extent of involvement of faculty and students in academic affairs/improvements.

                       

     The Institute has an internal system of appraisal of class room teachings (theoretical and case study analysis) conducted by faculties to assess
conformity to the norms laid down in the Syllabus prescribed by the University.

     A feedback from students to assess the delivery mechanism of the faculties, is done at regular intervals.

     A clear assessment at regular intervals is done by the Executive Director of the needs of students relating to facilities like internet availability,
books, journals, summer training, industrial visists, hostel accomodation etc.

     Feedback of students on Personality Development Trainings, Communication English conducted by visiting faculties are obtained by the
Executive Director at regular intervals. 

 

Mechanism / Norms & Procedure for Democratic / good Governance              

 

 Every month a review meeting of faculties and staff is held to assess the academic progress,  facilities available on time to students, gaps if
    between norms and actual provisions and take  immediate remedial measures to correct the situation.

 Board is apprised of the progress made by the Institute in every sphere and targets achieved vi-a-vis targets set. Record and implement the
   suggestions made by the Board Members.

 Take feedback from faculties and staff for further improvement and remove bottlenecks to  further enhance quality on academic achievements.

                   Since the Insititution is ISO 9001 certified (DNV), as per the norms student  feedback on faculty delivery mechanism and performance of various                      institutional  facilities are is regularly obtained.

                  Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students:

                  
The Dean has been entrusted to handle student grievances if any. However if there are compelling reasons the students, faculties are allowed to meet                      the Director. Utmost care is taken to not to keep any outstanding issues pending.
